Please be aware that if I am out walking, I will be unable to record the details of the conversation as I am responsible for the animals currently in my care. However, please leave a message in any of the formats and I will reply in due course. 

Consultation Process 

• After initial contact I will organise a meeting at a convenient time for you, the customer (Due to current Covid-19 restrictions the requirement for this would be an outside meeting, either in the garden at a 2m social distance or at a local park.  The meeting can only include one member from the customers household at the present time.  Preferably with the pet/dog. If for any reason the pet/dog cannot be met upon first meeting, then a second meeting can be organised at a convenient time for both parties).

At the initial consultation I will bring my folder containing

Initial Requirements

• Upon customers request I can either email the forms required for completion before you retain my services; please see below; or they can be provided at the initial meeting if the decision is taken to retain my services.  
  
• All forms are required completed before services are offered.  (Any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me) 
  
• All forms will be handled with gloves by My Precious Pets at hand over if a printed format is requested in a plastic wipeable folder.
  
• At the present time, once services are retained and forms are completed and handed over to My Precious Pets from the customer, services cannot begin until after the 72-hour period for forms to be quarantined before reading.  
  
• A trial week can be offered for dog walking and drop ins. Pet sitting and Transfers can be reviewed with the customer after services have been retained on the first occasion.

• For travel outside of a 3-mile radius 45p mileage is added per mile travelling to and from the customers residence

After the consultation, if you do decide to retain my services, I will provide:

• Pet Information forms (this pack also contains a Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability and an Off the Lead Consent Form for dog Walking Only)
